Groupe Essa

The Honco building provides various advantages including excellent build quality, durability, large interior free space and superior energy performance. In addition, its design allows for a versatile interior layout and exterior finish that, in this project, harmonized with the environment.

The “turnkey” contract for the construction of this building for Groupe Essa, located in Charlesbourg, included the execution of earth and concrete work, the building, interior and exterior fittings as well as mechanics and electricity. In the end, the TP-3000 type building measures 24 m wide by 38 m deep and 6.4 m high.
