Jean-Jacques Lachance Enterprises specializes in providing rental space and wanted a building that was versatile, durable and had a large clear span.

Honco obtained a mandate for the design, fabrication and installation of the building envelope, including doors and windows and interior finishing. Honco was also mandated for two successive expansions and then two other independent buildings, bringing the total construction footprint for this client to 2,740 m² (29,500 ft²)
