Groupe Essa Beauport

Honco Buildings is proud to have built a second building for our client, the ESSA Group, for its Beauport branch. This growing family business wanted to better serve its clientele in eastern Quebec City by acquiring a new industrial and administrative building.

Eleven years after having awarded its first construction project to the Honco team, Groupe Essa has decided to entrust once again Honco for second building. Honco proceeded with the turnkey completion of the project including interior design.

The building with a clear height of 6,4m is equipped with a mezzanine to accommodate its offices and many garage doors to facilitate its snow-clearing operations. This TP-4000 type of structure has a floor area of 1855 m² or 19 967 ft² and was built on a period of 7 months between the sale and the end of the work.
