Construction Novex

A contractor in the Aylmer region of the Outaouais, Construction Novex, wanted to build different rental space buildings. The building had to have a column free interior space in order to adapt to the different needs of the tenants.

The Honco building was chosen for its versatility and large clear spans. The mandate included the building envelope, doors and windows, the mezzanine structure and the architectural treatment. Delighted with its facilities, Construction Novex entrusted Honco, from 2004 to 2014, with the construction of four rental buildings. The dimensions of the different buildings vary between 750 and 1350 m² (8000 to 14 500 ft²).
