In 2019, the Québec Port Authority awarded Honco Buildings a turnkey contract for the construction of a new warehouse at Dock 31.
The Port of Québec will utilize this new warehouse for storage purposes. The TC-type building spans over 3,900 square meters and measures 39.35 meters wide by 101.35 meters long.
