With its main office located in Chibougamau, in the province of Quebec, Station Air meant to better serve its customers by installing a branch office at the Quebec Airport.
In 1989, the owner signed a contract with Honco to realize this project according to the specifi-cations and budgets previously established.
In addition to being a clear span structure, the building needed an extra wide opening in front (+21 m), for easy access by aircrafts for repairs and storage. A two-storey administration and service area was also planned (7,3 m x 37 m).
The final results satisfied the owner : wide interior space, quality materials and flexibility of Honco product for this kind of project.
