This project to house large events and training activities includes two ice skating rinks and regroup in its middle, on two storeys, a glazed entrance hall built with wood structure, classrooms, locker rooms, and administrative services.
HONCO has obtained the mandate to design, to fabricate and to built the two building structures housing the double ice pads, with one having 2000 seats. It was through its Ottawa partner, McDonald Bros. Construction that the Honco steel building was chosen by the client for its energy efficient capacity and the increased luminosity of the ceiling panel finish.
