In 1995, Honco has met the challenge that Falconbridge Ltd, represented by Bechtel Ltd., has entrusted us which was an Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning contract of the administration building and maintenance garage for the new nickel mine site in Raglan, northern Quebec. This facility accommodates the mine's full range of services including the administration services, the locker and basket are for the mine workers, the heavy Equipment maintenance facility, the storage and wash bay areas. Two crane bridges of 20MT and 5MT on a span of 40 meters were also installed.
Between 2008 and 2010, Xstrata Nickel has also granted a contract to Honco for the renovation and expansion of the facility in three phases: expansion of the administration offices, renovation of the dry, design-construction of the garage expansion to relocate the wash bay area. The installation of the other crane gridges was also panned in the design of the building envelope. This facility has a total ground surface of 6265 m² (67 435 sq.ft.).
