Germain Construction’s goal was to have a new facility to manager its operations in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures (QC, Canada). Since his land allowed for the construction of a larger surface than what he required for his needs, our customer has planned addition renting space for manufacturing companies or for storage; all this in addition to his two-storey administrative offices and operation facility.
The mandate obtained by Honco Buildings from this general contractor included the concrete foundation and slab work, the building envelope and the mezzanine structure of its offices area. The Honco team of professionals has also managed the engineering and drawings for the design-build delivery project.
