For this project, Honco had been mandated to design a building offering a maximum of surface without column to have an increased flexibility for storage space of recreational vehicles units. Located in the edge of highway 20, the building required a store window over almost all its width in order to meet the needs for the auction room. In addition to the construction of the building, our firm had to do all excavation and foundation work of which required the setting of piles due to the low capacity of the ground.
The project met the precise objectives of the customer which were to answer its requirements inside its budget as well as its work schedule which stipulated the realization of the project on a 6-month period in order to begin its operations for the season 2009.
