Desjardins Amphitheatre Mont-Joli

Following a public call for tenders, Honco Bâtiments was awarded a turnkey design-build mandate for the Desjardins Amphitheatre in Mont-Joli.

The project was presented in consortium with LFG Construction.

Construction of the sports complex began in April 2019 and was completed in July 2020.

The Desjardins Amphitheater seats 756 and can accommodate 2,000 people in a show format. In addition, the building which houses an NHL compliant ice rink, 6 players’ rooms, 1 for referees as well as a room for female players. The complex also has a food court, a VIP box / press gallery, a raised platform in the stands for people with reduced mobility.
